Shannon Levingston
Training Coordinator
Shannon Levingston is the Training Coordinator for the Louisiana Small Business Development Center at Southern University Shreveport. She plans and deploys training events that help small business owners throughout the northwest region of Louisiana.
She previously served as the Special Assistant to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Community and Workforce Development and as Interim Director of Marketing. She has worked in the field of radio for over 30 years in various positions and currently hosts a radio show on KHAMRADIO.COM. She was the General Manager and On-Air Personality for Wiley College’s radio station from 2001 until 2016. During her tenure, she was awarded the 2014 “Outstanding Community Leader in the category of Media” by the Top Ladies of Distinction. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
